Tri-Temp’s flameless mobile heaters have been designed for reliability, safety, and ease of operation.  From its industrial Tier 4 final engine to the Industry Standard Dynamic Heat Generator (DHG) the unit is ready for work. Its flameless design offers the ability to operate in environments from construction sites, to oil well pads, to supplemental plant operations and in the construction field.

Tri-Temp offers a “One Touch Screen”.  Upon entering a pass code, the “One Touch Screen” is energized and with one touch the unit will start.  The controller will review operational parameters if met the self-regulation of the unit during warm up cycle and transition to operational heat mode.  This provides control and allows for tempered air flow during operation.  To shut down the unit, the same “One Touch Screen” is used.  This allows the unit to decrease in operational speed, cooling down and providing for a proper shut down sequence and diagnostics overview. The “One Touch” provides a safe operation for the unit while letting the operator move onto the next task.

Fuel economy is gained with advancements of power trimming while approaching the temperature set point, the unit will derate power while maintaining air flow and thus leading to a decrease fuel consumption. Tri-Temp also offers a maintain mode, allowing the unit to shut down once operational temperature/parameter are met, if set point falls outside the parameter the unit will restart to full fill the heat generation requirements.

Security to Tri Temp means 110% containment as all fluids on board and more can be contained within the unit. Security is also achieved in the ability to lock the entire cabinet warding off potential issues.  In another light, when dusk approaches the unit is equipped with LED lights to not only luminate the interior but the exterior as well, offering a secure work environment and further compliance to operational requirements of the site or facility.

To assist the operator, external strobes offer information at a glance.  Green for all normal, flashing green/amber indicates low fuel and red indicates that service is required.  The TTE Online App provides information about operational hours, fuel usage, location (geo fencing – safety monitoring and theft prevention) of unit and operation maintenance. The app may also send the user text or email message alerts for low fuel or operational status.
